The price we quote for our products is based on FOB Shenzhen. So when you send enquiries and if you want to know how much the freight (shipping cost) is, please let us know how many units you want to order and your ship-to address first. It is impossible for us to quote you the freight if you do not provide us with the sufficient information.

We do not provide company bank account unless the order value reaches at least USD8,000 and the customer requests Babiken provide. Additional handling or tax charges will apply if a customer chooses to use the company bank account.


What You Need To Know About Bank Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are a service offered by every major bank in the world. Before you initiate payment through wire transfer, be aware that your bank may charge the following for the transfer:

(a) a fee for the wire transfer service
(b) hidden charges that your home bank is charged by other routing banks during the wire transfer

You are responsible for both (a) and (b) above. Pay extra attention to (b). As payment is wired to Babiken's bank account, other interim banks that participate in the routing process will sometimes charge a fee (without clearly notifying your home bank in advance). As a result, lots of hidden charges may be incurred on the total that you wire - resulting in a much reduced sum by the time the amount arrives at Babiken. Note that our bank does not charge additional fees and you should ask your own bank about all charges (including hidden ones) that will be charged against the amount you wire. 

As such, please be sure to wire enough to cover all charges so that the final net amount paid to Babiken equals the TOTAL amount for your order. Beware that some bank branch executives are usually unaware and don't understand these hidden charges so be sure to pressure them to check.

Notes: The package will not be shipped until Babiken gets the full payment for the order.

If you want to know how much the freight (shipping cost) is, you have to let us know how many units you want to order first.

Orders with Phones included

Option 1: A customer can pick up from Babiken Office in Shenzhen, China;

Option 2: Packages will be only dispatched by our contracted forwarders if you do not pick up from us.

Notes: we are sorry that we can under no circumstance use a customer's shipping account for shipping mobile phone packages.  The reason is that we are unable to go directly with express shipping companies as they do not ship mobile phones with batteries. Therefore we have to dispatch the packages with our contracted forwarders, who have some special relationship with those express shipping companies, and pay them the freight in advance.

Customers can tell what express shipping company they want to use. But who to use at last depends on our forwarder's recommendations and their capability (Even it is not possible for them to use their special relationship with some of the shipping companies all the time.). Usually EMS and FedEx are constantly available for customers to choose from and sometimes UPS, TNT are also available but not all the time; and sometimes, DHL is ok for less than three-unit orders. EMS costs least for customers' shipment and is a good option for a certain areas but it is no good for remote or underdeveloped areas.

Shipping Time: Babiken will send the package within 3 days after we receive the full payment. Our shipping procedure is that we first give the packages to our forwarders and then our forwarders finish the process with big shipping companies; so there is a time lag for the package to show on the shipping companies' websites. Generally you can track the package later the second day we hand over the package to our forwarders.  How long it takes for the package to reach you depends on your countries and the different shipping companies. It usually takes around 5-10 working days to most of the countries.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES for receiving packages: When the package reaches you, please check if the package contents are consistent with the order you make with Babiken before you sign your name and receive. If the contents are not correct or something is missing or lost, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN AND RECEIVE; so that Babiken can work with our forwarder to solve the problem with the shipping companies. Babiken will not take any responsibility if you lose something in the package but you sign your name and receive the package.

It will be beyond Babiken's control after we hand over the packages to our forwarder or shipping companies. Provided anything happens after we hand the packages over to the forwarder or the shipping companies, Babiken is not liable for any possible loss though we will try to work with the forwarder or the shipping companies to solve the problems.

All the shipping issues shall be conducted by this guidance and this is not negotiable.


Orders without a phone

Customer can choose whatever courier he or she likes.

Warranty Terms

Warranty

(1) All the mobile phones purchased from Babiken International, Inc comes with 10-month warranty.

(2) Warranty is just for those problems due not to human faults.

(3) All the expenses for non-warranty problems shall be borne by the buyer.

(4) All the costs for warranty shipping back and forth shall be borne by the buyer who buys less than 100 units of mobile phones in six months and 200 units in 12 months.

(5) Babiken shall pay half warranty shipping cost for the buyer then his or her order quantity reaches 99 units of mobile phones within six months or 199 units within 12 months.

(6) Babiken takes no responsibility for the faulty phones whose manufacturer go bankruptcy or disappear beyond Babiken's capacity. (This happens sometimes to this industry, though not to us so far).

(7) NO REFUND AND NO RETURN: Babiken will test the phones carefully and make sure the phones function before they are sent out. If the DOA (dead on arrival) happens due to the reasons beyond Babiken's control, buyers can either go warranty process or do an exchange (the same model, BASED ON If the manufacturer provides exchange service for Babiken within a certain period of time like 15 days). But no refund and return requests are accepted because the Chinese phone industry practices in this way.
